Matt Meeks is the Broker and Owner of Grand Real Estate, bringing a fresh yet proven approach to the local real estate scene. After nearly a decade in the automotive industry, where he honed his skills in sales, leadership, and client advocacy, Matt transitioned into real estate in 2022—and hit the ground running.

Since launching his real estate career, Matt has earned top producer status every year and is now a Lifetime Member of the Top Producers Club. His reputation for excellence is built not only on results but on how he delivers them—with creativity, innovation, and a genuine commitment to each client’s experience.

Matt doesn’t believe in doing things the same way just because that’s how they’ve always been done. He believes in trailblazing—creating memorable, elevated experiences for buyers and sellers alike. “It’s not just a transaction,” he says, “it’s an experience—and we commit to treating it that way.”

Outside the closing table, Matt is deeply embedded in the community he calls home. Though originally from Johnson County, he’s proudly called Dublin home since 2017. He was an inaugural member of Dublin’s Community Advocate Program (CAP), a three-time Ambassador for the Dublin-Laurens Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves as the 2025 President-Elect of the Dublin Board of Realtors.
